Sudan releases 78 Ethiopian prisoners

ADDIS ABABA, June 8 (MENA) - The Transitional Military Council of Sudan has released 78 Ethiopian prisoners, who have been jailed in Sudanese prisons for many years, New Business Ethiopia reported on Saturday.

The released Ethiopian prisoners returned to their home country on Friday evening along with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed who was vising Sudan for mediation efforts.
