CAIRO, June 1 (MENA) - The Cairo Criminal Court on Saturday postponed to July 4 the retrial of 35 defendants in the case known in media as “Rabaa sit-in dispersal".

Of all 739 defendants, the court had sentenced 75 leaders of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood to death in the case.

The prosecution had accused them of committing many crimes, including armed assembling, restricting freedom of citizens, premeditated murder, attempted murder and blocking roads.

They are also facing charges of disrupting law and order and jeopardizing the safety of the society along with resisting public authorities and intimidating the Egyptian people.
