ALDAU Development (ADD), a leading hotel, real estate and retail developer, underwent its first major corporate rebranding, aligning its three divisions under one umbrella with a remarkable vision. Currently ALDAU Development portfolioincludes many business units consisting of hotels, F&B outlets, residential complexes and retail projects. The rebranding reflects the need of the brand to unify its presence and create intelligibility in communicating its values for stakeholders. The major changes includes stretching ALDAU Development into two major divisions: Hospitality and Real Estate, showcasing its unique contributions to each sectors and yet reflecting the core values of the master brand. Hence, the slogan was introduced to create a strong brand promise forALDAU Development as the Best in Class Properties.

The rebranding objective is to align the business units and join all entities to reflect the company's mission under the umbrella of one corporate brand. Also to present clearly the persona of ALDAU as dynamic, modern, and trendy.
Our growth plan aims to expand our market presence in our core markets in Egypt and London which includes the major development in the West CairoPyramid Heights Business Park destination; the 5 stars hotel “Hyatt Regency Cairo West”, Cairo West Residences, a luxurious residential compound in addition to yet another boutique hotel in the Red Sea.
Following the developments in Egypt, ALDAU Development is also marking its presence in West London with a 55-story mixed-used building that will consists of 159-room lifestyle hotel, retail outlets, a co-working spaces, and more than 700 mid-market apartments.
