PARIS - 11 May 2019: Egypt's Ambassador to France and Permanent Delegate to UNESCO Ehab Badawy asserted Egypt's keenness on communicating with the Egyptian expatriates and providing them with care as they are part and parcel of the nation.
In statements to MENA on the sidelines of a Ramadan Iftar banquet, Badawy praised the role of the Egyptian communities abroad in transferring a true picture about the situation and life in Egypt to the outside world and explaining to others the country’s latest developments and reforms which aim at providing citizens with a decent life.
Badawy lauded the keenness of the Egyptian expat community to positively participate in important elections and referendums held in the homeland over the past few years including a recent referendum on constitutional amendments.
Leading members of the Egyptian community in France and a group of media people participated in the banquet.
Badawy greeted the Egyptians in France on the occasion of the holy fasting month of Ramadan, wishing Egypt more progress and prosperity.
