Interior ministry seizes 172 weapons, arrests 7 thugs within 24 hours

CAIRO, April 29 (MENA) – The Ministry of Interior announced Monday the seizure of 25 various kinds of guns and 147 steel weapons and arrested seven thugs.

The authorities also detained 74 defendants accused of being involved in 68 drugs-related lawsuits.

Moreover, 19,294 traffic violations were registered, while 163 motorcycles were seized and 55 wanted criminals were arrested.

All legal procedures were taken against violators.
