Temperature goes up to 31°C in Cairo Sunday

CAIRO – 7 April 2019: Cairo will witness warm weather that could reach 31 °C on Sunday, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority said in a statement on Saturday.

Hot weather will prevail in Cairo and southern governorates, while coastal cities will witness colder weather where low clouds could gather, the statement added, noting that rains are forecast on the northern cities.

Temperatures are expected to be as follows:

Cairo: 19 - 31 °C
Alexandria: 15 - 23 °C
Mersa Matruh: 16 - 21 °C
Sohag: 20- 34 °C
Qena: 20 – 35 °C
Aswan: 21 – 37 °C
