Eastern Libyan commander Haftar orders his troops to move towards Tripoli - video

CAIRO, 4 April 2019: Eastern Libyan commander Khalifa Haftar ordered his troops to move towards the capital Tripoli, in a video message published online on Thursday.

The city is controlled by a rival administration. The video was titled "Operation to liberate Tripoli".
