CAIRO - 2 April 2019: Helwan Machinery and Equipment Company (999 Military Factory) and the Belarus company "Selenergo CJSC" for the production of grain storage silos signed Tuesday a memorandum of understanding to implement latest sustainable technologies.
The signing ceremony was attended by State Minister for Military Production Mohamed Saaed el Assar, Supply Minister Ali Moselhi, and Belarus Ambassador in Cairo Sergei Rachkov.
The MoU falls within the Military Production Ministry's strategy to cooperate with international companies to transfer the latest technologies in the various domains as well as it also falls within "the Sustainable Development Strategy (SDS) Egypt Vision 2030".
Supply Minister pointed out the importance of signing this protocol to achieve the state's policy of preserving grain, especially wheat, through the establishment building modern grain silos.
For his part, Selenergo CJSC Director Sergey Nikolaevich stressed the importance of cooperation with military production companies, lauding their potentials and role in accomplishing development and national projects in Egypt.
