In pics: Pakistan's National Day observed in Cairo

CAIRO - 23 March 2019: Pakistani embassy in Cairo held a ceremony Saturday to celebrate Pakistan's National Day that falls on March 23 at the presence of Pakistani nationals and Egyptian media.

During the celebration, a solemn flag hoisting ceremony was held at the Chancery premises to mark the occasion.

The ceremony was presided by the Ambassador of Pakistan in Cairo, H.E. Mushtaq Ali Shah who congratulated Pakistani nationals on their National Day, and stressed the historical relations and friendship between both Egypt and Pakistan.

A galaxy of Egyptian media men and members of the Pakistani community living in Egypt attended the celebrations. Children of the Pakistan International School in Cairo performed national songs and dances on the auspicious occasion.
