CAIRO – 2 June 2017: Falcon Group, a private security company, was tasked of securing 75 exam rooms of general secondary school (Thanaweya Amma,) allocated for turbulent students, across the country.

The Ministry of Education decided to use inspection gates at the entrance of these 75 examination rooms, so that the students could be inspected before the exam.

Some sources in the Ministry pointed out that inspecting students using the electronic gates will waste time and effort, and will also disrupt the entry of students compared to the electronic sticks used in previous years.

The general secondary school exams are scheduled to kick off on June 4.
The Ministry announced in a statement Wednesday that 589,388 students will take the secondary school this year, within 1,634 exam rooms across the country, Al-Masry Al-Youm reported.
