Explosion hit bakery shop in Paris; injuries reported

CAIRO - 12 January 2019: A massive explosion hit Paris Saturday morning leaving multiple people injured, according to several news outlets.

The blast took place at the Rue de Treviso in the 9th district of the French capital. There are reports that said the cause of the explosion might be due to a gas leak in a bakery, said The Sun newspaper.

Emergency services and fire crew were seen deployed to the explosion site.
