Egyptian Japanese Schools bear fruit

CAIRO – 5 January 2019: The second stage of the Egyptian Japanese schools, which has 55 schools across Egypt, will be launched soon, according to Ministry of Education and Technical Education.

In a statement to Egypt today, the ministry spokesperson said, “The first stage of this brilliant project included 35 schools; it was largely welcomed by the Egyptian people. This was an incentive to launch the second stage.”

Adding, “Schools are highly qualified and able to receive students by the beginning of the next semester.”

Large studies were conducted to choose the areas in which the Japanese schools are to be built. These regions are coinciding with the social standards and income of the parents in order to be able to pay the fees of the schools.

Moreover, the Ministry reassured, “We want to assure and calm all the parents; fees are not excessive as it was reported. On the contrast it is suitable to almost all the middle class people.”

The Egyptian Japanese schools are distinct by its large areas including gardens, swimming pools, and stadiums in addition to a comprehensive educational system. Children will be brought up in a healthy atmosphere that focuses on morals and ethics besides the regular curriculum.

The Egyptian Japanese schools will include all the educational stages from pre-school to high school. It is recommended for the students to attend all their grades in it to adopt the same approaches and concepts till the end.

Egyptian Japanese schools have certain criteria: To build a separate independent character for each student to make each one unique and distinguished from the other.
The existing Egyptian Japanese schools built in the first stage will have a new sector for high school stage. Moreover, schools that are not occupied by anyone will be converted into public language schools. Hence it will be a good chance to get rid of the overcrowded classes.

Regarding students’ evaluation, it includes a set of main axes come parallel to students’ individual and collective abilities and skills. Students’ scores are signed by certain symbols: excellent grade will be colored by the blue color.

Furthermore, very good grade will be colored by the green color, good grade will be colored by the yellow color, and not qualified enough grade will be colored by the red color. Besides a full descriptive report that will be handed to parents at the end of each semester.

In addition to Tocosta Japanese trial will also contribute in evaluation.

It includes a set of activities and scheduled targets essential to raise children up and enhance their personality and ability to establish healthy social relationships.

Tocosta trial aims at developing children’s ability of thinking, engaging them into natural conversations with their peers, searching for data and information without any instructions or obligations and being able to solve their problems on their owns.

There will be other activities regarding children’s interaction inside the class, their ability to focus and comprehend instructions and daily concessive participations among children on different points they explain.
