Justice minister hold conference on unified pleading law

CAIRO - 11 November 2018: Justice Minister Hossam Abdel Rehim held on Sunday the conference of the higher committee of legislative reform with the participation of Mufti of Egypt Shawki Allam and Minister of Parliament Affairs Omar Marawan.

The conference, that comes under the sponsorship of Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli, aims at drafting a unified pleading law.

Abdel Rehim said the committee is tasked, upon a republican decree, with drawing the legislative policy of the State in line with the Constitution.

The law aims at regulating all litigation procedures to guarantee swift justice and filtering procedural laws as regards trade, administrative and civilian dealings that proved to be inapplicable, he added.
