KHARTOUM – 10 November 2018: Ambassador Hossam Eissa arrived to Khartoum on Friday to assume his duties as Egypt’s new ambassador to Sudan.

The ambassador was received at Khartoum International Airport by a representative of the Sudanese foreign ministry and a number of ambassadors and Egyptian embassy in Khartoum staff.

Earlier, Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry appointed Eissa as new ambassador to Sudan. He also appointed former ambassador in Khartoum Osama Shaltot as his assistant for Sudan and South Sudan affairs.
