Egypt slams US Pittsburgh synagogue shooting

CAIRO – 29 October 2018: Egypt on Sunday strongly condemned Pittsburgh synagogue shooting in the US state of Pennsylvania, which left a number of people dead and injured.

Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Hafez said in a press release, this condemnation emanates from Cairo's firm stand on rejection of all forms and acts of terrorism, violence and extremism, including attacks against places of worship.

He expressed Egypt's solidarity with the US government and people in this plight.
