CAIRO - 23 October 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi met early Tuesday with representatives of major American companies, the American Business Council and the American Chamber of Commerce in Cairo.

Presidential Spokesman Bassam Radi mentioned this statement without giving further details.
