5th int'l conference on ER medicine wraps up in Cairo

CAIRO - 14 October 2018: The fifth international conference on emergency medicine, injuries and serious accidents wrapped up Sunday.

The two-day event included a number of scientific sessions, lectures and workshops, in which surgeons, young doctors, nurses and paramedics participated.

A number of experts and foreign doctors also took part in the conference, which was held under the auspices of Defense Minister Mohamed Zaki.

A documentary on the development of the therapeutic system in Egypt and a perfectly equipped ER hospital of the Medical Complex of the Armed Forces was shown at the beginning of the conference.
