Al-Azhar University, Imam Al-Bukhari Research Center sign MoU in Uzbekistan

TASHKENT - 12 October 2018: Azhar University signed on Friday a memorandum of understanding with Imam Al-Bukhari Research Center on the sidelines of Al-Azhar Grand Imam Ahmed el Tayyeb's current visit to Uzbekistan.

The MoU was signed by Al-Azhar University President Mohamed Hussein el Mahrsawi and the director of the research center.

Under the MoU, the two sides will boost cooperation in several fields, including exchanging professors and researchers, conducting joint scientific researches and organizing symposiums and conferences with a view to boosting the center's academic capabilities.

This is the second MoU signed during the grand imam's visit to Uzbekistan.
