CAIRO - 15 September 2018: The Giza Criminal Court on Saturday adjourned till September 22 the trial of 30 defendants on charges of joining Daesh terrorist group.
The defendants have been referred to trial by the prosecutor general after being indicted for forming and funding a terrorist group that adopts Daesh Takfiri ideology.
They face charges of providing the group with firearms, explosives and safe havens, in addition to attacking churches, Christians and the State’s vital institutions.
Investigations also revealed that the defendants have received training at Daesh camps in Syria and Libya.
