Sisi appoints Erfan adviser for governance

CAIRO - 1 September 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi issued a decree appointing former head of the Administrative Control Authority Major General Moahmed Erfan an adviser for governance and information infrastructure.

The announcement was made on Saturday by Presidential Spokesman Ambassador Bassam Rady.
