Sisi-Quang meeting starts at Ittihadiya Palace

CAIRO - 27 August 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi received his visiting Vietnamese counterpart Trần Đại Quang at Ittihadiya Palace Monday for talks on bilateral cooperation.

The meeting will focus on efforts to increase trade and investment exchange.

The two leaders are also set to witness the inking of a number of memorandums of understanding between their countries in the fields of trade, industry and investment.

They will also hold a joint press conference after the meeting.

Egypt and Vietnam are marking 55 years of diplomatic relations.

President Sisi visited Vietnam last year.
