Sudan ruling party endorses cabinet reshuffle

KHARTOUM - 14 May 2018: The ruling National Congress Party (NCP) in a meeting headed by President Omer al Bashir endorsed a major cabinet reshuffle.

The reshuffle includes eight ministers, five ministers of state and 10 governors without proclaiming the names of those who have been replaced or the new members.

In press statements after the meeting, NCP Deputy Chairman Faisal Hassan Ibrahim said a press conference will be held on Monday by First Vice President Bakri Hassan Saleh to announce the details of the reshuffle.
