BAGHDAD - 11 May 2018: The Iraqi police refuted as "untrue" imposing a curfew across the country during the parliamentary elections, due to start on Saturday.

In statements on Friday to AlSumaria news channel, Wasit province police chief Major General Qassem Rashid Zuwaid said that all polling stations are totally secured.

All security bodies are on alert and will continue their duties in securing the polling stations, Zuwaid added.
