Kuwaiti official commends Egypt-Kuwait media cooperation

CAIRO – 5 May 2018: Undersecretary of the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information Tarek Al-Merzem commended media cooperation between Egypt and Kuwait.

Al-Merzem stressed in his interview with the Middle East News Agency (MENA) that media cooperation between the two country acts as the pillar of mutual ties, pointing out the bilateral relations have been growing on all levels.

He also said Kuwait is keen on boosting ooperation with the Egyptian media.

He added that cooperation and coordination between countries are the “defining characteristic” of bilateral relations, referring to the wisdom of the leaders of both states.

On Apr. 29, Kuwait agreed in principal to renew its four-billion-dollar deposit in Egypt, Central Bank of Egypt (CBE).
