Bashir orders restructuring Sudan's diplomatic missions

KHARTOUM - 2 May 2018: Sudanese President Omar al Bashir issued on Thursday a decree to restructure Sudan's diplomatic and consular missions abroad.

The decree comes as part of Bashir's efforts to cut expenditure at the Sudanese missions abroad due to the difficult economic situation, now hitting the country.

Under the decree, 13 diplomatic and four consular missions of Sudan will be closed
