ASRT hosts workshop on energy security in Egypt

CAIRO – 9 May 2017: The National Commission for Women in Science will organize a workshop Wednesday May 10 titles "Achieving Energy Sustainability and Security in Egypt and the Scientific Role of Women in its Achievement" under the patronage of Dr. Mahmoud Sakr, president of the Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT.)

The commission is a part of ASRT, where the workshop will be held.

The workshop aims to highlight the scientific research issues in achieving sustainability and energy security in Egypt as well as the utilization of energy resources in transportation, industry and construction.

Throughout the workshop light will be shed on the scientific role of women and means of achieving sustainability of these resources.
