NOUAKCHOTT - 3 April 2018: Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Abdel Aziz sent a cable to President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi, congratulating him on his re-election as president of Egypt for a second term.

Nouakchott is keen on maintaining cooperation with Cairo to achieve best interests of the two peoples, he said.

Ould Abdel Aziz wished Egypt further progress and prosperity.
