Abul Gheit condemns Alexandria terrorist attack

CAIRO - 25 March 2018: Arab League Secretary General Ahmed Abul Gheit on Sunday condemned the blast that took place in Roushdy neighborhood of Alexandria which killed and injured a number of persons.

He also offered condolences to the Egyptian government and families of the victims and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

Arab League chief's Spokesman Mahmoud Afifi said Abul Gheit voiced his full solidarity with Egypt in its war against terrorism which aims at destabilizing the country's security and stability.

He asserted his full confidence in Egypt's ability to overcome such danger in view of the unity and cohesion among the Egyptian people as well as the sacrifices of the Egyptian security forces.
