Sisi flies to Abu Dhabi Wednesday to enhance bilateral ties

CAIRO – 2 May 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi will head to the United Arab Emirates Wednesday in a two-day visit aiming to enhance bilateral relations, said the presidency in a Tuesday statement.

“The visit comes in light of enhancing brotherly relations between Egypt and the Emirates, advancing cooperation between both countiers in many fields… and resuming efforts exerted against the challenges that face the Arab nations,” the statement read.

On Dec. 1, 2016 Sisi visited Abu Dhabi, where he attended the UAE’s celebration of its 45th national day.
