Egypt, Portugal discuss industrial cooperation

CAIRO - 21 February 2018: Minister of Military Production Mohamed el-Assar met Wednesday with visiting Portuguese Secretary of State for Internationalization Eurico Dias to discuss cooperation between the two sides.

Assar said he is keen on boosting cooperation with Portugal, particularly in the field of roads and the manufacture of trailers and fishing boats.

He posted Dias on technical expertise at military production factories.

Dias said the meeting is a good opportunity to review economic relations and discuss means by which to enhance cooperation between military production companies in Egypt and Portuguese firms.
