Al-Azhar Grand Imam lauds Saudi Arabia's role in serving Islam

CAIRO - 11 February 2018: Grand Sheikh of Al Azhar Ahmed el Tayyeb lauded on Sunday Saudi Arabia's role in serving Islam and Muslims.

This came during Tayyeb's meeting with founder of ‘Peace be upon you Prophet Muhammad’ project Sheikh Nasir Al Zahrani.

The project depicts every aspect of the Prophet’s biography.

Sheikh Tayyeb expressed happiness over the Saudi pavilion of the Cairo International Fair as it includes an important section on Prophet Muhammad's biography.

Zahrani expressed appreciation for the great role played Al Azhar in enhancing values of peace, dialogue and coexistence.

He lauded al Azhar's support of his campaign aiming at distributing one million copies of "Prophet Muhammad's biography in minutes" booklet.
