Presidential decrees considering development projects as public utilities

CAIRO - 8 February 2018: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi issued two decrees considering as public utility the expropriation of two buildings used as schools in Sharqiya governorate.

The president issued decree no. 22(2018) considering as public utility a project to establish a sewer pumping station in Qalyubia governorate.

He also issued decree no. 23(2018) to consider as public utility a project to implement a lift station in Giza governorate.

Sisi issued decree no. 33(2018), considering as public utility a project to set up a sewer pumping station in Sharqiya governorate.

All decrees were published in the gazette out Thursday.
