CAIRO – 21 April 2017: The Egyptian Exchange (EGX) showed mixed performance during last week’s trading.
The benchmark EGX30 index dropped 0.47 percent, standing at 12,905 points, the EGX said Thursday in its weekly report.
The small and mid-cap enterprises EGX70 index slightly increased 0.09 percent, registering 591 points, while the all-embracing EGX100 was up 0.41 percent, totaling 1,366.57 points.
Market capitalization was up 0.1 percent, reaching nearly EGP 663.42 billion ($36.65 billion).
Total turnover recorded EGP 3 billion, compared to EGP 5.8 billion over the previous week.
