Due to heavy rains across Egypt, General Directorate of Traffic (GDT) has deployed traffic relief cars on the roads to help citizens in case of traffic accidents.

Heavy rains caused flooding and the eventual closure of El-Tagamoa’s roads, leading to traffic congestion. Traffic police officers have also closed off the October Bridge to keep the cars from slipping due to the accumulation of rainwater in some areas.
