Muslims obliged to check on their non-Muslim neighbors

CAIRO - 31 December 2017: It is mandatory for Muslims to check on their non-Muslim neighbors and take care of them, Al Azhar Fatwa Global Center stressed on Sunday.

In a statement, the center said Islam has never prohibited Muslims from inquiring after their non-Muslim neighbors.

The fatwa comes as part of an awareness campaign launched by the center to show solidarity with our Christian brothers during their feasts.
