Egypt’s State Information Service (SIS) urged the international media to stick with creditability and accuracy in reporting on the terrorists attacks that hit Egypt on Sunday.
“We call on the representatives of international media to obtain all the facts and information from official sources and avoid inaccurate information published by non-official sources,” the SIS said in a statement.
The statement added that international media has to abide by the Egyptian law that regulates the work of foreign journalists operating in Egypt in publishing any information related to ongoing investigations.
The SIS said also it is ready to provide foreign media with all the information they need about the attacks.
