8 Takfiris killed, another nabbed in central Sinai

CAIRO - 25 December 2017: The third field army in cooperation with the Air Forces managed over the past few days to kill eight Takfiri elements and arrest another one in central Sinai.

In a statement on Monday, the military spokesman Tamer el Refaie said that this comes within the framework of the intensified efforts of the Armed Forces to eradicate terrorism.

Up to eight hideouts, a motorcycle and an explosive charge were discovered.

Meanwhile, a depot of a huge amount of cannabis and five vehicles loaded with drugs were discovered, he reiterated.

He further affirmed that the third field army forces will continue its efforts to eradicate Takfiri and other criminal elements in Sinai.
