CAIRO – 20 December 2017: “Qatar will return to the Arabian Gulf because regimes changes and people stay forever and Qatari people are not in charge of the crisis caused by the Hamdeen regime," said Qatari opposition member Ali al-Dahneem.

The Qatari regime antagonizes Arab states through its policy, Dahneem added, pointing out that the Qatari society do not agree or accept Qatari regime policies.

Dahneem explained that the internal situation in Qatar is very bad, but the official media of the government speaks about projects and ambitions, which are not real.

The current Qatari regime tends to bring Qatar the same scenario of Saddam Hussein in Kuwait, albeit through a different way and objectives, the Qatari opponent read.

Twenty members of “Al Thani,” the ruling Royal family in Qatar, held an opposition meeting on Monday against the policies of the Qatari Emir Tamim bin Hammad.

The prominent Qatari oppositionist Sheikh Sultan Bin Suhaim Al-Thani organized the meeting in a step opposing the current Qatari regime, also celebrating the Qatari National Day.

Bin Suhaim vowed to celebrate the next Qatari National Day in Doha, asserting that the rich-gas emirate will restore its formerly peaceful relations with the Arab Gulf neighbor states.

Bin Suhaim and the other Al Thani family members denounced the Qatari authorities’ decision to withdraw nationalities from individuals belonging to opposing Qatari tribes.

The meeting called for a return of relations between Qatar and the Arab Quartet states -Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab of Emirates and Bahrain- which cut diplomatic ties with Qatar, accusing the latter of supporting terrorism in the region.
