Madbouly: Government to finalize development projects soon

CAIRO – 15 December 2017: Minister of Housing, Moustafa Madbouly, held a meeting on Thursday to follow up on the progression of project implemented by ministers of health, transportation and housing funded by aid and concessional financing.

During the meeting, Madbouly stressed on the government’s interest in following up the implementation of projects in different domains and working on easing any obstacles these projects may face. In this way, the government may guarantee the finalization of projects.

He pointed out that Egypt is witnessing implementation of a major network of development and service projects in different sectors across Egypt with a special interest to upper governorates and the impoverished areas. These projects aim at improving services, such as the infrastructure, sewage networks as well as health services.

Several reports on the means of implementation of these projects were reviewed during the meeting.
