CAIRO - 13 December 2017: Foreign Minister Sameh Shoukry has returned to Cairo from Istanbul, where he partook in an extraordinary summit of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

Shoukry delivered Egypt's speech before the summit, deploring a recent US decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's capital.

Cairo urged a clear-cut and decisive action in response to the US step.
