Canadian ambassador praises Egypt’s political stability

CAIRO – 12 December 2017: The Canadian ambassador to Egypt praised Egypt’s role in confronting terrorism to ensure security and stability, asserting that he is following up on all the human rights issues.

During a meeting, Chairman of parliament’s Human Rights Committee Alaa Abed explained to the ambassador, who visited the committee on Monday, the reality of the political and human rights situation in Egypt, showing the facts behind all the propagated rumors.

MP Margret Aazer, who attended the meeting, also pointed out the legislative boom of human rights in economic, cultural and social sectors in Egypt.
