Saleh buried in Sanaa without funeral

ADEN - 6 December 2017: The body of ex-Yemeni president Ali Abdullah Saleh was buried in Sanaa late Tuesday without holding a funeral, the Arabic-speaking news channel Sky News reported on Wednesday.

Saleh died in a roadside attack amid fierce clashes between his supporters and the Houthis in Sanaa.

Houthi leaders accused Saleh of "treachery", after he switched to the government's side in the civil war.
