Army resumes security campaigns in Sinai

CAIRO - 5 December 2017: Law enforcement troops resumed security campaigns in North Sinai, said the military spokesman in a Tuesday statement.

He added that the forces destroyed over the past few days several terrorist hotbeds that are used by militants for hiding out and storing weapons and ammunition.

He noted that the forces will continue their efforts until uprooting terrorism from North Sinai.
