COS visits injured army personnel in anti-terror operations

CAIRO – 15 November 2017: Armed Forces Chief of Staff Lt General Mohammad Farid Hegazy on Wednesday visited a number of army personnel, who were injured during military operations conducted by the army against terrorists, at the armed forces hospitals.

In statements during the visit, Hegazy saluted the sacrifices of the army personnel in clearing out terrorist hideouts and chasing out criminal elements.

He said the Egyptian people are feeling proud of their army elements who are making great sacrifices to maintain the security and stability of their homeland.

Hegazy ordered full care to the injured and wished them a speedy recovery to continue their sacred mission of defending their country.

A number of top military brass accompanied Hegazy during the visit.
