RAMALLAH – 10 November 2017: A number of Palestinians and foreign advocates of the Palestinian cause were injured on Friday, when Israeli security forces suppressed a rally in Bil'in village near Ramallah.

The peaceful protest, which is part of weekly rallies calling for stopping Israeli settlements and removing the separation wall in the West Bank, comes to mark the 13th anniversary of the demise of the late Palestinian president and icon Yasser Arafat, Abdullah Abu Rahma, the coordinator of the Popular Committee against the Wall and Settlements in Bilin village said.

A host of protesters have suffered suffocation after Israeli occupation troops fired sound bombs and tear gas canisters, he added.
