Lebanon’s Siniora, Arab League chief hold phone talks

BEIRUT – 8 November 2017: Head of the Future parliamentary bloc in Lebanon, MP Fouad Siniora, on Wednesday received a phone call from the Secretary General of the Arab League, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Lebanon's National News Agency (NNA) reported.

During their phone conversation, they discussed the current situation in the Arab country following the resignation of Prime Minister Saad Hariri.

Separately, Siniora met with German Ambassador to Lebanon, Martin Huth, over the current situation on the local scene.

He also held similar talks with the Ambassadors Nazih al-Najjari of Egypt, Hamad al-Shamsi of UAE, and Cagatay Ercyes of Turkey.
