Youth minister, UN official discuss overpopulation in Egypt

SHARM EL SHEIKH, Egypt - 4 November 2017: Youth and Sports Minister Khaled Abdel Aziz on Saturday discussed with United Nations Population Fund representative Aleksandar Sasha Bodiroza a plan to address overpopulation in Egypt.

In their meeting, the minister and the UN official took up programs carried out by the Youth and Sports Ministry in coordination with other ministries and bodies to control the increasing numbers of population and communicate the dangers of overpopulation.

Earlier in the day, Abdel Aziz arrived in Sharm el Sheikh to participate in the activities of the World Youth Forum taking place on November 4-10, under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
