CAIRO - 4 November 2017: An Egyptian expatriate was found dead in a nature reserve in South Africa on Friday after a month of disappearance, News 24 reported.

The body of Mohamed Ahmed Nawar was found buried in a shallow grave at Leswena National Reserve, north of Marble Hall, near a river in the reserve, Limpopo police spokesperson Moatshe Ngoepe was quoted as saying.

Nawar, who was missing since October 2, was robbed of his car and murdered, the spokesperson added, noting that three suspects were arrested and will stand trial.

A total of 20,000 Egyptian expatriates live in South Africa, head of the Egyptian community in South Africa Mohamed Talaat told al-Watan newspaper in June 2015.
