LONDON - 2 November 2017: Syrian government airstrikes killed at least four civilians in a town near the capital Damascus on Thursday, a monitor said.
At least 21 others were wounded in the strikes that hit the town of Douma, which lies in the Eastern Ghouta region, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said.
Humanitarian groups have warned of a malnutrition crisis in the area, which is under a tight government siege.
