MUSCAT - 2 November 2017: Oman strongly condemned the car-ramming that took place in New York and left eight dead and some injured.

The sultanate expressed support of the US in face of such terrorist acts that aim at spreading insecurity and instability, the Omani Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Thursday.

Oman offered condolences to the families of the victims, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
